What Makes Us Different

FAIS compliant

The Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act regulates conduct within the financial services industry to provide consumer protection and enhance the integrity of the South African financial services industry. The Act demands that competent, qualified people provide financial services and advice. Frontline has always done business in compliance with the FAIS Act and we will always act honestly and fairly with skill, care and diligence, in the best interests of our clients.

Qualified, compliant staff

Our 80+ team comprises people who display honesty and integrity and who demonstrate competence in their respective fields of expertise. Over and above this, the staff of Frontline share in our vision of making a difference by being different. This translates into efficient and highly effective service delivery to each and every one of our clients.

Significantly secure

We are mandated to write to considerable capacities in most classes of short term insurance and proud to be associated with the oldest Short-Term Insurer in South Africa with a history that dates back more than 180 years. As one of the leading players in the short-term insurance landscape, with an AAA National IFS rating, Old Mutual Insure allows Frontline to securely write to substantial limits in all classes of short term insurance, bar aviation.

Agencies with established brokers

We ascribe much of our success to our choice to align Frontline with only well-established brokers across South Africa. Currently, we have agencies with well in excess of 350 brokers across the country…and counting.

Social conscience

Established in 2003, and now employing three full-time staff members, the Paw-Paw Foundation drives our contribution to society via financial assistance to a variety of charities in South Africa, Lesotho and Uganda.
