Besides having an external compliance officer, our National Claims Manager, San-marie Botha also diligently attends to Frontline’s compliance matters in conjunction with, Mandy van Coller of Moonstone Compliance and Risk Management. Having both legal experience and received certificates from University of Johannesburg for Compliance Management and Board Governance, San-marie is prepared and dedicated towards ensuring Frontline adheres to legislative requirements, so that we remain fit and proper within the Short-Term insurance industry.
