A higher certificate in Insurance (Licentiate) and reading towards the Diploma (ACII) launched Abraham into the insurance industry. Starting at Mutual and Federal, where he gained marketing, sales and underwriting experience, he moved to AIG, where management experience was added to his skills set. Abraham joined Frontline in 2007 as Cape Town Branch Manager.
